Job summary

Crown Equipment Corporation is seeking skilled technicians in Northlake, Texas to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair Crown and other lift trucks at customer sites. This full-time role includes performing scheduled maintenance, completing service paperwork, and welding/fabrication as needed.

Ideal candidates bring mechanical and electrical aptitude, hydraulics knowledge, ability to read schematics, and a commitment to customer care.

Qualifications

• Less than 2 years related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Good written/verbal communication and customer care skills.
• Ability to safely operate lift trucks.
• Technical degree, previous lift truck repair, welding experience, and knowledge of various types of testing equipment preferred.
• Ability to read and understand service manuals.
• Industry related training.

Minimum Qualifications

• Less than 2 years related experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Good mechanical and electrical aptitudes, knowledge of electrical/electronic systems and hydraulics and internal combustion engines, and the ability to read and understand electrical and hydraulic schematics.
• Good written/verbal communication and customer care skills.
• Ability to safely operate lift trucks.
• Technical degree, previous lift truck repair, welding experience, and knowledge of various types of testing equipment preferred.
• Ability to read and understand service manuals.
• Industry related training.
