We are seeking Shop Mechanics with heavy equipment experience to join our Coraopolis, PA team for immediate hire to service various types of material handling equipment and forklifts. This position requires the candidate to work with limited supervision, operate independently, and have their own tools. If you are an auto mechanic considering a career change, training options may be available.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and service heavy lift equipment (diesel, electric, or LP fueled) to identify technical problems.
• Determine required repairs.
• Maintain equipment service records.
• Conduct regular preventative maintenance tasks.
• Test mechanical equipment after repair or assembly to ensure proper performance and compliance with manufacturer specifications.
• Possess hydraulic and diesel experience.
• Have strong electrical aptitude.
• AC electrical drive experience is helpful.
• Prior mechanical and technical experience on large mobile equipment.
• Pass a pre-employment drug test, physical exam, and background check.
