Job Title: Shop Tech Apprentice (Construction Equipment)Signing Bonus: $2,000We’re looking to hire a Shop Service Tech apprentice who is eager to learn and develop their technical skillset. In this role, you’ll work under the supervision of one of our techs. They’ll instruct you and give you tasks to complete each day that center around the repair and maintenance of our customers’ machines.You will learn how to perform inspections, make basic repairs, order parts, and maintain inventory. You will also get experience with performing various maintenance and repair tasks. For example, you’ll help with the replacement of faulty parts, engine repairs, and resolving problems in the machine's electrical systems.To do well in this position, you will need to be dedicated to improving your skill set and capable of learning on the job.
