Durango Motor Company is seeking a dependable Shop Operations Coordinator to support the daily service department activities. The role focuses on maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient work environment to maximize technician productivity and guest satisfaction.

This full-time position offers hourly pay of $17.00–$19.00 with a Monday–Friday 8am–5pm schedule and opportunities for growth through paid training and internal advancement.

Qualifications

• Dependable attendance and punctuality required.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized service department.
• Deliver parts and materials to technicians to minimize downtime.
• Assist with shop organization and inventory management.
• Support with safety and cleanliness to ensure inspection readiness.
• Respond to manager and technician requests to improve efficiency.
