Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; automotive/diesel certification preferred.
• Proven experience in vehicle, machinery or equipment repair.
• Ability to read and follow technical manuals and schematics.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical issues and identify root causes of vehicle or machinery.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles, machinery and equipment.
• Inspect machines to ensure safety standards and reliable operation.
• Replace worn or damaged parts such as belts, filters and batteries.
• Use hand and power tools, diagnostics, and machinery for repairs.
• Document maintenance, parts used, labor hours and recommendations.
• Collaborate with shop team to meet deadlines and ensure readiness.
• Stay updated on repair techniques and equipment.
