Summary:

A industry leading company that specializes in heavy equipment service and repairs is seeking an experienced diesel mechanic to join their team.

Responsibilities:

1. Maintain and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on equipment such as Boom Lift, Scissor Lift, and Forklift
2. Electronically document work orders in a clear, concise, and timely manner
3. Assist in training less experienced technicians as needed
4. Occasionally travel to customer job sites to maintain and service rental or customer-owned equipment
5. Pick up and deliver equipment parts

Job Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience performing maintenance and repairs on diesel-powered equipment, including construction equipment, semi-trucks, or marine engines
• Mechanically skilled and tech-savvy
• Valid driver's license to operate the company van after training
• Proficient with hand and power tools
• Own set of tools relevant to the trade
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds

Preferred:

• 4+ years of experience maintaining and repairing equipment such as Boom Lifts, Scissor Lifts, and Forklifts
