As the leader of the store, you will be part of a diverse leadership and sales team, inspiring and motivating your team daily. Your responsibilities include driving sales, providing an excellent client experience, building strong talent, and ensuring the store operates efficiently and effectively. Combining entrepreneurial spirit, passion for the brand, and organizational skills to manage the store will greatly influence the client and associate experience.

You will also contribute to merchandising, marketing, and client relationship strategies. Your presence on the sales floor will help you understand the business firsthand and use insights to improve store performance. You will be responsible for shaping and executing strategies to build trusting relationships with clients and staff, driving revenue, and ensuring effective communication throughout the team.

To succeed, you should lead by example with integrity, collaborate, be curious, strategic, and results-oriented. You will oversee the end-to-end management of the store and team, including labor and supply budgets.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience in retail management
  • College/Post-Secondary degree preferred
  • Experience with buying & merchandising is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate and influence
  • Experience in Sales Management Training and Presentations
  • Proficiency with Retail Systems and Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Open availability, including holidays, nights, and weekends
  • Language skills in Italian, Spanish, French, Mandarin, or others are a strong asset
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required
