Job Description Summary:

As a Retail Shop Manager, you play a crucial role in the success of our See’s Candies retail shop. Leading a dedicated team, your responsibilities include driving sales, ensuring top-notch customer service, and overseeing all shop operations in line with See’s guidelines and values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the shop's team, creating a sales-focused and customer-centric environment.
• Set and achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales goals.
• Communicate and implement company policies and programs.
• Delegate tasks, ensure team compliance, and follow up as needed.
• Resolve customer and employee concerns professionally and promptly.
• Train and develop team members on company policies and procedures.
• Provide coaching and feedback to the team.
• Drive recruitment, selection, and recommend qualified candidates.
• Ensure compliance with policies, standards, and safety protocols.
• Monitor expenses to meet budget goals.
• Manage cash handling, asset protection, and banking procedures.
• Maintain accurate timekeeping and approve payroll weekly.
• Ensure compliance with wage and break laws.
• Implement weekly work schedules with District Sales Managers.
• Manage paperwork for banking, hires, and inventory deadlines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of retail management experience.
• Proven success in developing, motivating, training, and coaching employees.
• Excellent customer service, communication, organizational skills, and merchandising ability.
• Ability to enforce and implement company policies.
• Strong work performance.
• Ability to grow sales through opportunity seeking and team development.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and manage change positively.
• Physical ability to perform essential functions, including lifting up to 25 pounds, standing, and walking all shift.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
• *Internal applicants must be in good standing.

The pay rate for this position is $31.08 per hour.
