Job summary

See’s Candies in California is seeking a Retail Shop Manager to lead a high-performing team in our flagship store. You will drive sales, deliver exceptional customer service, and oversee shop operations in line with See’s values.

You’ll recruit, train, and coach staff, manage cash handling and schedules, and ensure compliance with wage laws. This role requires hands-on leadership and a passion for candy and guest experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of retail management experience.
