Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license with at least 5 years of clean driving.
• Previous mechanic experience of 5+ years.
• CDL is highly preferred.
• Leadership experience is required.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail is essential.
• Ability to prepare operating reports and reconcile sales records.
• Extensive knowledge of automobile repair with ability to read technical manuals.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory, paperwork, procurement, and scheduling for the shop.
• Perform mechanical work on the fleet and customer service functions.
• Monitor inventory and order supplies and tools for the shop.
• Conduct inspections and diagnostic tests to determine vehicle condition.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state vehicle requirements.
