Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a supervisor role.
• 3+ years of experience working on heavy equipment.
• Knowledge of computer diagnostics.

Responsibilities

• Lead the service shop and ensure all service work is completed safely, accurately, and on time.
• Assist with construction and forestry equipment as needed.
• Serve as the primary contact for repair challenges and provide technical guidance.
• Perform quality control checks on all equipment leaving the shop and manage check-in/check-out forms for customers.
