Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking candidates for general shop labor roles in a warehouse environment. The position involves assisting with material handling, loading/unloading, and basic fabrication support in a safety-conscious setting.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, be comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs, and be capable of following written and verbal instructions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Previous lab or warehouse experience is a plus.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for long periods.
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic math and measurement skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with general shop tasks including material handling, cleaning, and organizing.
• Load and unload materials or products.
• Use basic hand and power tools as needed.
• Operate forklifts or pallet jacks (if certified or trained).
• Support machine operators and welders/fabricators with prep work.
• Perform light assembly or fabrication tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
