Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a General Laborer / Pallet Sorter to support warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include sorting pallets, loading/unloading, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

Candidates should be physically capable of lifting 50-75 pounds, standing for long periods, and working with a team. Overtime and flexible shifts may be required; safety PPE provided.

Qualifications

• Lift and carry 50-75 pounds regularly throughout the shift.
• Stand, walk, bend, stoop, twist, and perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Willingness to work overtime and flexible shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Sort and inspect wooden pallets, boxes, plastic bins, and other materials.
• Hand-stack materials safely and efficiently according to company procedures.
• Load and unload materials manually.
• Move pallets, crates, and materials throughout the facility.
• Inspect products and materials to ensure quality standards are met.
• Secure and organize loads for storage and transportation.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Follow all safety policies and properly use required PPE.
• Perform additional warehouse and general labor duties as assigned.
