General Laborer - Fabrication Shop - Daylight TOPS Staffing is hiring a General Laborers for a direct hire opportunity with a union fabrication shop. All of these positions offer the opportunity to progress into more skilled roles within the organization as you gain experience, offering an increase in pay and responsibility. Currently hiring for both our daylight and afternoon shifts!

Shift & Schedule

Daylight shift: 6:30am to 3pm Monday-Friday work schedule

Pay $23.66 hour (direct hire from day one)

Job Overview

This is a hands-on, helper-style role supporting multiple areas of a fabrication shop. You’ll assist wherever needed, including assembly, warehouse support, material handling, painting, machine operation, and general labor tasks. Duties may change daily, making this a great fit for someone flexible and eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with assembly, warehouse, and production support
• Material handling and parts delivery throughout the facility
• Load and unload trucks
