Job summary

Sonsray in Farmingdale, NY is seeking an entry-level Shop Installer Technician to support our Fleet division. This hands-on role is ideal for someone mechanically inclined who wants to start a career in diesel, refrigeration, or fleet maintenance.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude or interest in pursuing a career in fleet, diesel, or equipment service.
• Hands-on experience (automotive, diesel, HVAC, construction, or shop environment) is a plus but not required.
• Willingness to learn new skills and follow instructions from senior technicians.
• Ability to safely operate hand and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Ability to work in a shop environment, including standing, bending, lifting, and working with tools and equipment.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.

• Perform other duties as assigned to support shop operations and dealership objectives.
