In this position your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:* Assist with disassembly and reassembly of motors, generators, and pumps.* Sandblast, steam clean, cleans and prep parts.* Operates the cutout saw and put motors, generators, and pumps in the burn out oven.* Performs tasks as required for general facility maintenance and upkeep including but not limited to lawn care, general janitorial duties, sweeping, pressure washing and painting.* Operate company equipment (i.e.: Forklift, Crane, hand tools etc.) in a safe and efficient manner in the performance of all duties as required.* Complete required paperwork for each job accurately and on a timely basis.* Comply with all company policies / procedures and perform all job functions in an ethical manner.* Complete all required safety training.* Observe all safety procedures and use proper protective gear for all tasks.* Responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly work area free of hazards as directed by supervisor.* Performs all applicable duties in accordance with ISO procedures, if required.* Perform other skilled or non-skilled duties as directed by supervisor.Job Requirements:* Must pass all required pre-employment screenings – Background, Physical and Drug screen.* Be able to comply with all drug and alcohol policies of Houma Armature Works and/or customer sponsored programs.
