You will train on safe trailer handling, learn to interact with customers, and keep assets clean and ready for future use.

Qualifications

• Must be able to drive and back up large trucks with large trailers.
• Ability to safely work on, and scale, flatbed truck beds.
• Ability to think and solve problems quickly with the tools you have available.
• Ability to navigate using Google Maps and make business calls on your phone.
• Ability to lift 100 pounds.
• CDL: you must have one or fewer tickets in the previous three years and have no history of drug or alcohol abuse.
• Must have a flexible schedule and enjoy driving and frequently traveling nationwide.

Job description

Position Overview:

This role is an essential part of our team, focusing on the preparation, delivery, servicing, and setup of trailers, while ensuring a remarkable customer experience. As a new team member, you'll be immersed in a supportive environment that values your contribution and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare trailers for delivery, ensuring they meet our quality standards.
• Deliver and set up trailers at various locations as per customer requirements.
• Provide excellent service and support to customers, enhancing their experience.
• Clean, maintain, and ensure the readiness of trailers for future use.

Training & Development:

From day one, you'll embark on a comprehensive on-the-job training program designed to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge for your role. Over the first three weeks, you'll receive hands-on training in:

• Safe trailer handling and transportation.
• Effective customer interaction and service techniques.
• Maintenance, cleaning, and preparation of assets.

This structured training ensures you are fully prepared to take on your responsibilities and contribute effectively to our team.
