Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in a manufacturing shop environment.
• 2+ years experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, including welding, machining, and fabrication.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train shop personnel, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
• Plan, schedule, and assign work orders to optimize production efficiency and meet deadlines.
• Oversee maintenance, repair, and calibration of machinery and equipment.
