Triad Truck Equipment is seeking a production scheduler and service writer to coordinate daily shop operations in Pottstown, PA. You will write service orders, communicate repair needs, and align production schedules with customer timelines to ensure on-time completion.
The role requires strong communication, organization, and computer skills in a team-focused environment. The position offers full-time hours, with growth opportunities as processes are defined over the first months.

This position serves as the key liaison between customers, service technicians, and the production team to ensure efficient workflow and exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for writing accurate service orders, communicating repair needs, coordinating production schedules, and ensuring timely completion of jobs.
