The Shop Foreman will oversee the day-to-day workflow of the repair shop, provide technical support to technicians, inspect completed work, and help ensure every RV leaves our facility repaired correctly and ready for the customer.

If you're an experienced RV technician or mechanic who is ready to take the next step in your career and become a leader- not just a supervisor- we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do
  • Oversee the daily operations and workflow of the RV repair shop.
  • Assign and prioritize repair work based on technician skill level, workload, and completion deadlines.
  • Provide hands-on technical assistance and troubleshooting support to technicians.
  • Diagnose complex RV electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance, structural, mechanical, and other system issues.
  • Serve as the technical resource for the service department and assist technicians with challenging repairs.
  • Monitor repair progress and help ensure jobs are completed accurately and on schedule.
  • Perform quality-control inspections on completed repairs.
  • Review technician work to ensure repairs are complete, properly documented, and meet company standards.
  • Identify additional repairs, safety concerns, or potential issues discovered during service.
  • Work closely with Service Advisors and management regarding repair status, delays, parts needs, and completion times.
  • Help train, mentor, and develop technicians.
  • Assist technicians in improving diagnostic skills, repair procedures, efficiency, and quality of workmanship.
  • Monitor shop productivity and communicate performance concerns to management.
  • Ensure technicians properly document diagnostic findings, parts used, and work performed.
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment.
  • Ensure tools, equipment, lifts, and diagnostic equipment are properly maintained and used safely.
  • Assist with warranty and manufacturer-related repairs.
  • Help coordinate parts and materials needed to complete repairs.
  • Safely move and position RVs throughout the shop and lot as needed.
  • Perform hands-on repairs when necessary to support the team and keep the shop moving.
  • Promote a professional, team-oriented work environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
