Hiester Automotive Group is seeking an experienced full-time Automotive Shop Foreman / Lead Service Technician for John Hiester Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Lillington. You will lead the service team, ensure quality repairs, and mentor technicians.

Qualificações

• 4+ years auto technician experience required.
• Master level tech with ASE certification and/or Chrysler training preferred.
• State Inspection license and emission license preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Perform work outlined on maintenance and repair orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Diagnose the cause of any malfunction and repair in a timely manner.
• Provide labor and time estimates for additional automotive repairs.
• Explain mechanical problems and needed repairs to Service Advisors and vehicle owners in a non-technical manner.
• Continuously learn new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions to stay current with changing technology.

We are seeking an experienced full-time Automotive Shop Foreman / Lead Service Technician candidate to join our winning team at John Hiester Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Lillington! ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Do you have a Get it Done attitude to provide quality repairs in a timely manner? Can you lead others to a “fix me first” mindset and complete jobs faster than book time? If so, top tier pay is in your future! Essential responsibilities for this position include:
