Job summary

RV Country is seeking a Shop Foreman to lead our busy service department where you’ll manage workflow, allocate tasks, and ensure RVs are serviced to the highest standards. You’ll drive efficiency, mentor technicians, and maintain a safe, organized shop environment.

The right candidate will have strong leadership, past RV technician and supervisory experience, and a commitment to great customer service as we keep customers on the road.

Qualifications

• Past RV Technician experience required.
• Past shop supervisor experience preferred.
• Current valid driver's license required.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the service shop by managing workflow and ensuring all RV repairs and maintenance are completed to high standards.
• Coordinate daily parts installation and ensure work is completed on schedule.
• Assign and dispatch work fairly to technicians based on skills and timelines to maintain productivity and team morale.
• Monitor and maintain a clean, professional, and safe work environment in compliance with state and OSHA requirements.
• Support a positive shop culture through strong leadership and clear communication with technicians and service staff.
