Dobbs Truck Group seeks a capable Service Shop Supervisor to oversee daily operations in the service department. You will direct repair activities, assist mechanics, and ensure quality and safety standards, while supporting the Service Manager and maintaining strong customer relations.
Requirements include 18+, 1 year heavy-duty truck experience with 2 years diesel training, and good working knowledge of Excel/Word/Outlook.

This position will be responsible for day-to-day operation of the department as dictated by industry standards and Company procedures and policies with the goal to provide superior customer service.
