Our client, a precision metal fabrication shop, has an immediate need for an experienced Shop Foreman, to join their winning team in Columbus.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/REQUIREMENTS:

• Ideal candidate would be someone who has fabrication experience and wants to move up and have more responsibilities
• Expected to be actively involved on the machine shop floor and hands-on with helping workers
• 92% of the job will be supervisory oversight, paperwork, and miscellaneous tasks helping outin the shop, yet seeking someone who is comfortable being on the floor
• You will oversee approximately 20-25 employees, prior supervisory experience required
• 5-10 years' experience required
• Must be able to read prints
• Must be able to use a tape measure accurately
• Must be able to follow written & verbal directions
• Advanced math skills
• Press brake experience helpful
