Job summary

Lincoln Electric in Plymouth, MI, is seeking a hands-on Production Technician to support daily manufacturing operations, ensure safety and quality, and maintain schedule attainment. Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, production operations, quality, or related industrial environment.
• Experience troubleshooting manufacturing processes and supporting production teams.
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications and manufacturing ERP systems.
• Ability to work effectively across Production, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain.

Responsibilities

• Support daily production activities to ensure safe, on-schedule execution of manufacturing plans.
• Assist leadership in maintaining workflow and resolving disruptions.
• Troubleshoot product, process, material, and labor issues affecting safety, quality, or productivity.
• Conduct workmanship audits, process audits, and first-article inspections.
• Monitor quality trends and assist in corrective actions.
• Lead investigations related to quality and production interruptions.
