Job summary

Kelly Science, Engineering, Technology & Telecom seeks an Assembly Manufacturing Engineer to join our Wisconsin facility. The role focuses on hands-on shop floor support, troubleshooting, and collaboration with wage/production staff to resolve issues and improve assembly processes.

The position requires an engineering mindset (degree preferred) or a HS diploma with relevant experience, and may involve off-shift coverage and occasional lifting.

Qualifications

  • Engineering degree preferred, HS diploma with 3+ years engineer experience acceptable.
  • Strong communication and teamwork on shop floor.
  • Proactive problem solving and ability to handle high pressure situations.

Responsibilities

  • Spend approximately 50% of the day on the shop floor.
  • Occasionally lift up to 35 lbs.
  • Problem solving and troubleshooting are essential.
  • Excellent communication with all levels of the organization.
  • Provide direct line support for production employees and report progress to management.
  • Knowledge of assembly processes and tooling is highly preferred.
  • May drive a JD Gator inside the facility after training.
  • May drive a personal vehicle to other facilities for meetings.
