Dover's Vehicle Service Group (VSG) in Madison, Wisconsin is seeking a dedicated assembler to set up and assemble various parts into completed units. You will drill, deburr, and fixture parts using bench tools, while following blueprints and tolerances.

The role requires the ability to lift up to 35 pounds several times per day, read work orders, and maintain equipment and safety standards. Prior experience with basic machining operations and hand/bench tools is preferred.

Formación

• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• Must be able to lift 35 pounds repeatedly (minimum 2 times per day).
• Ability to read blueprints and maintain tolerances as shown on prints.
• Experience with bench operations, drilling, deburring and basic assembly of machined parts.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and assemble parts into completed units.
• Drill holes and deburr parts using bench tools.
• Secure drills and drill jigs for drilling operations.
• Secure and install sanding belts on belt sander.
• Measure, position, and align material for accurate assembly.
