Job summary

A construction and industrial services company is seeking a Shop Foreman responsible for managing daily operations, tool and asset management, and supporting field operations in Tyler, Texas. Qualifications

• Prior experience in a construction shop or similar operational environment.
• Ability to safely operate vehicles towing trailers.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all tools are properly logged and maintained.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the shop and yard.
• Perform routine maintenance on company vehicles and trailers.
