Job summary

Progressive Mechanical, Inc. is seeking a dependable General Laborer to support operations at our office and fabrication shop. This hands-on role involves material handling, shop organization, and general maintenance tasks in a fast-paced environment.

You will assist fabricators, operate basic tools, and help with loading and unloading deliveries while following safety policies. Reliable teamwork and the ability to lift heavy materials are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a shop or warehouse setting is a plus but not required.
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials.
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with receiving, organizing, and moving materials in the shop
• Perform general maintenance and cleaning of the shop, office, and surrounding areas
• Support fabricators and other team members with basic tasks as needed
• Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely
• Help load and unload deliveries
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned
