FieldForce – Full-Time | Shop & Field-Based | Equipment Maintenance & Support Services

About Us:
FieldForce, a division of Keystone Clearwater Solutions, provides engineered pumping and power solutions across the Northeast. We support municipal, construction, and industrial clients with rentals, services, and emergency response for pumps, compressors, generators, and water management systems.

The Role:

The Shop Mechanic will troubleshoot, service, and maintain FieldForce equipment, including diesel pumps, fusion machines, and construction equipment. Work may be performed in a FieldForce Service Center, at customer job sites, or via phone. This role requires mechanical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair diesel/electric pumps, valves, trailers, fusion machines, and power tools.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance per manufacturer specifications.
  • Perform repairs on FieldForce fleet vehicles and heavy equipment.
  • Order and manage delivery of parts, filters, and service materials.
  • Schedule and coordinate warranty work and inspections.
  • Operate equipment for testing and service as needed.
  • Complete digital work orders and maintenance logs.
  • Train team members on safe equipment use and maintenance.
  • Support yard inventory, tool management, and occasional field service assignments
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Technical or mechanical education preferred.
  • Experience servicing diesel engines, pumps, and heavy machinery.
  • Familiarity with Pioneer, Godwin, Cornell, McElroy, or CAT equipment is a plus.
  • Must supply personal hand tools for daily use.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and basic computer skills.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Team-oriented with a strong track record of collaboration.

Schedule:
Full-Time | 8- 10 Hour Day Shifts | Some On-Call and Weekend Availability Required
