Job summary

Arcis Golf’s Stone Canyon Club in Oro Valley, AZ, seeks a team member dedicated to guest services in a pro shop setting. You will help customers, answer questions, and guide merchandise choices while maintaining a neat, welcoming environment.

The role emphasizes strong communication, a customer-focused attitude, and a willingness to learn and contribute across store operations and inventory tasks.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and people skills are essential.
• Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and perform tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform department opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain pro shop cleanliness and organization.
• Provide guest service, answer questions and suggest merchandise.
• Assist with merchandise management including shipping, receiving, pricing, stocking and inventory.

On the job:

• Perform department opening and closing procedures
• Maintain overall cleanliness and organization of the pro shop
• Provide excellent guest service by fostering a welcome environment, answering questions and offering suggestions based on available merchandise
• Assist with merchandise management including: shipping, receiving, pricing, stocking, and conducting inventory
