Qualifications

• Assist with small repairs.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues.
• Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Repair or replace faulty parts, components, or systems.
• Follow safety protocols and keep the work area clean.
• Knowledge of asphalt equipment (sealcoat, striping, crack seal, paving) is a plus.
• Read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Desire to learn.
• Keep yard and shop clean and organized.
• Assist with part ordering.
