The Shop Assistant plays a key support role within our Fargo, ND maintenance operation by assisting technicians, supervisors, and administrative staff with a wide range of non-mechanic duties. This position contributes to the efficiency and organization of the shop by supporting maintenance workflow, handling securement-related tasks, and assisting with inventory and material preparation. The role is hands‑on, active, and essential to ensuring equipment can be serviced effectively. Success in this position requires the ability to learn, follow direction, stay organized, and work safely in a dynamic shop environment.
A High School Diploma, or equivalent, and the demonstrated ability to receive work direction and learn proper processes. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
