Job summary

Torrey Holistics is hiring Shop Assistants to support multiple production departments in our Blairsville facility. This hands-on role involves learning various manufacturing processes and contributing to daily operations.

We offer 2nd and 3rd shifts with 10-hour days, room for growth, and a path to permanent hire after probation. A retention bonus is available for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing is a plus but not required.
• Able to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Load raw materials and remove finished parts from laser equipment.
• Assist with deburring, sanding, and grinding metal components.
• Support quality inspection activities and move parts as directed.
• Assist with brake press operations and welding departments.
• Install hardware and inserts into finished products.
• Load parts and assist with wash and etch processes.
• Assist with paint preparation and powder coating operations.
• Packaging products and assist with assembly tasks.
• Perform general shop labor and other duties as assigned.
