HEICO Repair Group Aerostructures is seeking a Shop Apprentice to support experienced technicians in surface prep, disassembly, cleaning, repair and reassembly of aircraft structural components. You will work with precision tools and documentation in a fast-paced aerospace MRO environment.

This entry-level role provides hands-on training, safety adherence, and opportunities for growth into more specialized technician positions as you develop skills and knowledge in FAA regulations and materials

HEICO Repair Group Aerostructures, a recognized leader in the repair and overhaul of aircraft structural components, is currently seeking a Shop Apprentice to join our growing team.

As a Shop Apprentice, you will assist experienced technicians in the surface prepping, disassembly, cleaning, repair, and reassembly of aircraft structural components. This entry-level position is designed to provide on-the-job training and exposure to key processes used in the aerospace MRO industry, including the use of precision tools, equipment, and technical documentation.

The apprentice will follow safety and quality procedures while developing a foundational understanding of aircraft materials, repair methods, and FAA regulations. Over time, the role will expand based on performance, with opportunities to grow into more specialized technician positions.
