Shoe Sensation, Inc. in West Bend, WI is seeking an energetic, entry-level 2nd Assistant Manager to lead the sales team on duty and help grow a lasting career in our expanding footwear retailer.

This part-time management role blends hands-on selling with people leadership, teaching others how to deliver outstanding customer experiences and manage store operations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and access to transportation to take deposits to the bank.
• Willing to open/close the store, and work alone at times.
• Able to stand and walk for long periods and lift 25–50 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and guide their shopping experience.
• Sell shoes, apparel, and accessories to customers.
• Ring up sales and process payments.
• Help re-stock the sales floor.
• Keep the store neat and clean.
• Teach others how to do the above.
• Lead the team to ensure the best customer experience.
• Make deposits at the bank.
• Process freight and set the sales floor as it arrives.
