Job summary

Famous Footwear, a part of Caleres, Inc., is seeking a Sales Associate for our Red Wing, MN location. You will help create a welcoming in-store experience, stay informed about trends, and provide customers with knowledgeable footwear recommendations to promote the Famous Feeling.

You’ll support daily store tasks, assist with inventory and merchandising, and contribute to a positive, inclusive team environment while working a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates ability to build constructive relationships with store colleagues.
• Able to communicate positively with store associates at all levels.
• Uses independent judgment when partnering with Store Sales Manager.
• Knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
