Job summary

Steve Madden is seeking a Part-Time Shoe Stylist to deliver outstanding customer service and drive sales in a retail environment. The role requires knowledge of product information, promotions, and POS systems, with flexibility to work day, evening, weekends, and holidays.

The position focuses on greeting customers, building client relationships, maintaining merchandising standards, and supporting store operations as needed.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of retail experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to process information or merchandise through the computer system and POS register system.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and greet/acknowledge every customer.
• Maintain high standards in customer service.
• Know product information, promotions, test merchandise, and advertising efforts.
• Demonstrate salesmanship to achieve sales productivity.
