Shoe Stylist (Part-Time)

The Shoe Stylist is responsible for applying selling techniques to merchandise and developing a client base to build sales.

Responsibilities

1. Ensure that each customer receives outstanding customer service by providing a customer-friendly environment, including greeting and acknowledging every customer.
2. Maintain high standards in customer service.
3. Understand all product information, merchandise promotions, test merchandise, and advertising efforts.
4. Demonstrate salesmanship skills by achieving and maintaining sales productivity levels.
5. Assist in store operations, including floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, cleaning duties, and inventory management.
6. Be flexible and perform work outside of your specific role when necessary.

Requirements

1. 1-2 years of retail experience preferred.
2. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
4. Ability to process information through computer systems and POS registers.
5. Flexible schedule, including day, evening, weekends, and holidays.
