Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Ability to build constructive relationships within store.
• Strong communication with store associates at all levels.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment with Store Sales Manager.
• Solid knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily store tasks (pricing, shipment processing, fulfillment and inventory) are dialed in and the store runs smoothly.
• Provide stellar customer engagement and drive memorable customer experiences.
• Review store performance and drive sales with purpose and urgency to meet goals.
• Maintain integrity by following company policies and seeking feedback for improvement.
• Foster diversity and inclusivity and support training and development when needed.
• Act as a shoe-sleuth to recommend styles and ensure customers leave with the perfect fit.
