You will greet customers, build relationships, demonstrate product knowledge, and process POS transactions while helping guests with sizing and fittings.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer experience – greet people sincerely, be friendly and thank every customer.
• Develop relationships to grow your business.
• Achieve individual sales and account goals.
• Highlight product knowledge and store services to create the best customer experience.
• Ring POS transactions and key account information.
• Assist customers with sizing, fitting and trying on shoes.
• Maintain a visually appealing and clean department, and shoe stock room.
• Be available to work day, evening, and weekend shifts.
