Von Maur, Inc. is seeking a friendly Shoe Sales Associate to enhance the customer shopping experience. You will greet customers, build relationships, and leverage product knowledge to meet needs in a fast-paced department store environment.

Join our team to drive sales, assist with fitting and sizing, and maintain an inviting, organized shoe department while working day, evening, and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Retail or footwear experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Willingness to work day, evening, and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and own the customer experience with a friendly, helpful attitude.
• Develop relationships to grow sales and meet individual goals.
• Achieve personal sales targets and contribute to store performance.
• Highlight product knowledge and available store services to improve customer experience.
• Ring POS transactions and manage account information accurately.
• Assist customers with sizing, fitting, and trying on shoes.
• Maintain a clean, visually appealing department and stock room.
• Be available to work day, evening, and weekend shifts.
