Key Responsibilities

• Inspect and assess the quality of donated shoes to determine their suitability for resale.
• Sort shoes into appropriate categories based on condition, style, and brand.
• Identify and set aside items that require repair or are unsuitable for sale.
• Maintain an organized and efficient grading area to ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize grading processes and meet productivity goals.
