Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to build constructive relationships within the store.
• Ability to communicate positively with store associates at all levels.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment partnering with Store Sales Manager/Asst Managers.
• Working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends, extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily store tasks (pricing, shipment processing, fulfillment and inventory) are dialed in.
• Deliver stellar customer engagement and uphold the in-store culture and responsivity to customers.
• Review store performance and drive sales with urgency to achieve goals; communicate clearly with the team.
• Maintain integrity by following company policies and seek feedback for development.
• Foster diversity, inclusivity, and positive vibes among associates; assist with training as needed.
• Be a shoe-obsessed, helpful team member who recommends styles to customers to ensure a perfect fit.
