Caleres' Famous Footwear is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive store performance. You will engage customers, assist with inventory, and maintain an organized, inviting shopping environment that reflects our Famous Footwear brand.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to build constructive relationships within the store.
• Positive communication with store associates at all levels.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment with Store Sales Manager.
• Solid knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Team-oriented collaboration.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store tasks including pricing, shipments, fulfillment and inventory.
• Provide stellar customer engagement and help customers find the right products.
• Support achievement of store sales goals and communicate performance updates to the team.
• Uphold company policies and integrity in all interactions.
• Promote an inclusive, positive store culture and assist with training as needed.
• Recommend merchandise and styles to customers to deliver the Famous Footwear experience.
