Job summary

Scheels is seeking a part-time Retail Associate in Great Falls, MT to support the footwear area. You will lift and move inventory, assist customers, process returns, and keep the store organized to ensure inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities include engaging customers warmly, prepping devices, coordinating with department managers, and performing duties as assigned by leadership. Benefits include ESOP, health coverage, and discounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 months of retail/sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve shoes from back stocks and move to staging area.
• Process returns to correct locations and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Assist in Men’s, Women’s, and Youth shoe departments as needed.
• Engage customers with a warm, welcoming demeanor and offer assistance.
• Ensure technology and devices are prepped and functional for shifts.
• Coordinate with Specialty Shop Managers to address needs.
• Present information clearly to customers and team members.
• Work independently and with the team across the organization.
• Perform basic calculations.
• Work schedule may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
