Scheels All Sports, Inc. is hiring for a Full-Time Merchandiser in Great Falls, MT. The role involves stocking, pricing, and merchandising while delivering a personalized WOW customer experience. Availability includes weekends and peak-season scheduling, with typical 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination.
• Willing to perform additional tasks as assigned by leadership.

Responsibilities

• Unload product from freight, tag, fold, hang and price merchandise.
• Restock merchandise on the sales floor and bring products to the floor for display.
• Assist customers and sales associates with retrieving and loading purchased products.
• Follow the Line Leader checklist and merch guides to prioritize needs of the shops.
• Coordinate with Specialty Shop Managers and display teams on shop moves and mannequin placement.
• Maintain an orderly appearance with general cleaning and organization around store and back stock areas.
• Work independently and with the team; demonstrate attention to detail.
• Hours may include varied shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
