Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site Shoe Fit Specialist role located in Peoria, IL. The Shoe Fit Specialist will greet customers, assess their footwear needs, and provide personalized fitting guidance, including measuring feet and recommending appropriate styles and sizes. Daily responsibilities include assisting customers in trying on shoes, explaining product features and benefits, and ensuring a comfortable, safe fit. The role also involves maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, restocking displays, and handling basic point-of-sale transactions. Team members may support repair intake by documenting customer requests and coordinating with repair staff, while consistently delivering courteous, professional customer service.

Qualifications
