Job summary

Lucky Shoes Inc. is seeking motivated team members to assist customers with fittings, education, and product guidance on the sales floor.

You will greet shoppers, listen to needs, and guide them through a full-service fitting experience to ensure comfort and confidence. This role emphasizes staying active on the floor, learning about footwear, foot health, and orthotic solutions, and meeting personal sales goals through commissions and incentives.

What You'll Do
