Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling with effective selling tools.
• Build lasting relationships with customers.
• Provide honest and confident feedback to customers about style and fit.
• Seek fashion and product knowledge to build expertise.
• Work with the team to keep the department ready: fill orders, stock, re-merchandise, price markdowns, and light cleaning.
• Grow relationships by opening new Nordstrom Rewards program accounts.
• Hours and schedule vary by week based on business needs.
• May work in other departments occasionally.
